You can tell by the cover that this isn’t an ordinary collection. It’s the 75th Anniversary of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and we are celebrating with three beautiful limited edition Rockettes. All three wear vintage costumes and are a collector’s dream. After a record sell-out, the five Desperate Housewives™ beauties from Wisteria Lane are back in a second limited edition as well. For all of our Wendy and Maggie fans, we have surprises for you too. Our first ever Raggedy Ann and Andy™ Wendy Set makes it’s debut along with a new Lullaby League Munchkin straight from Oz. Marie Osmond Rag-A-Muffin Dolls

Due to several special requests from our valued customers, Beacon's Glow Collectibles will soon be carrying Marie's Osmond's Rag-A-Muffin collectible dolls. This adorable collection of dolls are 5 inches (seated) and sit inside a coordinated muffin cup. Each is specially dressed in a color-coordinated outfit representative of the type of muffin they are (e.g., Banana Nut, Blueberry, Strawberry Cheesecake, etc).

Beacons Glow Collectibles will be carrying all twelve Rag-A-Muffin collectible dolls. In addition, we should be receiving in October of this year (2007), Marie's Rag-A-Muffin Baker's Rack. This 4-shelve metal rack is perfect for displaying twelve Rag-A-Muffin dolls.

All twelve dolls should be in stock and ready to order shortly, with the exception of "Christmas Morning". Both "Christmas Morning Rag-A-Muffin" and the Rag-A-Muffin Baker's Rack are expected to arrive sometime in October. We plan on keeping all Rag-A-Muffin dolls in stock as this should not be a problem since these dolls are a Marie Osmond open edition series of dolls.

Boyd's Collection "Olivia LaRouge" To Arrive Soon

Beacon's Glow Collectibles is fortunate to be receiving in the Boyd's Collection Summer 2007 show Exclusive, Olivia LaRouge.

She is a wonderful teddy bear dressed in a satin floor-length dark blue dress with gold-embroidered pattern along the skirt of her dress. Her sophisticated bear look is made complete by a gold satin handbag and white faux fur mink stole. A must for any Boyd's Collector!

We have recently received a sneak preview of Boyd's Christmas inventory items, and there are so many wonderful new products. Boyd's, in conjunction with Jim Shore, is debuting a new Christmas line of bears. In addition, there are decorative matching Christmas trees in Jim Shore's distinctive style to go along with the teddy bears.

Additionally, there are some very nice plush pieces and well as Christmas and holiday-themed resin figurines.

Boyd's is introducing some very nice plush lines this Fall that Beacon's Glow Collectibles will be carrying:

1. Homespun & Heartfelt Collection (an old-fashioned Americana Country collection in shades of burgundy, navy blue, and ivory). In fact, we will be carrying Betsy Quiltbeary who is an Americana folk art inspired rag doll sure to be popular.
2. Victorian Country Collection (a group of bears in rich plum and sage green tones with floral corduroy outfits)
3. Whimsical Winter Collection (A group of bears, moose, and snowmen nicknamed "The Flurries") A great collection to add to your winter decorating.

NEW - Deb Canham Club Store

We here at Beacon's Glow Collectibles hope that you all are having a fun and relaxing summer. Summer officially begins this Thursday, June 21, but it definitely feels like it is already here in Central Texas. Today is sunny and steamy - the weathermen are telling us that with the heat index it is 100 degrees. A perfect day for a dip in the pool. . .

We are thrilled to be an official Deb Canham Club Store. Deb Canham has changed her policy and has decided that only club stores will be able to order the exclusive pieces for members. Believe it or not this is Club Year 9 already! Deb will soon be introducing her exclusive club pieces, and this year the number has increased to 6 from the usual 3.

Deb is offering all new and renewal Club members to receive an additional surprise mohair piece, in addition to this year's special bear, Bailey, if current and potential members join before July 31, 2007.

Bailey is an adorable fluffy white mohair bear with a classic red heart on his chest and light blue ribbon around his neck.

Madame Alexander Cissette's 50th Anniversary

Did you know that Madame Alexander's 10-inch Cissette dolls turns 50 this year? She was first introduced in 1957 as a companion doll to 21-inch Cissy.

Beacon's Glow Collectibles was quite excited today to receive the first ever "Boutique Shadow Cissette Collection". These very special Cissette dolls are modeled exactly after their 21-inch Cissy Boutique dolls from the past. (As many of you already know, this year's new collection honors the famous Cissy faces that have graced the covers of past Madame Alexander catalogs.)

Each and every Cissette from the "Boutique Shadow Collection" is a stunning and detailed replica of haute couture fashions created for Cissy originally. Each doll comes with two interchangeable wigs and fashion accessories to change each doll's look.

We received all 4 of these dolls today:

1. Heiress Elegance Shadow Cissette (from the 2006 Madame Alexander Cissy Collection, and a limited edition of 300) In fact, we still have a couple of the 21" Heiress Elegance Cissy dolls in stock. Just perform a search on our site for "heiress elegance" and you can view both dolls.
2. Closet Full of Couture Shadow Cissette (a Cissy Cover Girl in 2005, and a limited edition of 300)
3. Opulent Shimmer Shadow Cissette (a Cissy Cover Girl in 2004, and a limited edition of only 100)
4. Cissy Boutique Shadow Cissette (a Cissy Cover Girl in 2003, and a limited edition of only 300)

If you've had the opportunity to purchase the larger 21" Cissy dolls in the past, these dolls would make an excellent companion doll. But, if not, these Cissette haute couture fashion dolls are an excellent addition to any doll collection.

Permanent Price Reductions Taken on Many Inventory Lines

Happy Spring! (Although Summer is quickly upon us. . . June 21st is the first day of Summer by the way). Spring in Central Texas has been an unusually wet one, but everything remains very green which is a most welcome change.

Just to let you know, permanent price reductions have been taken on several of our inventory lines. We made this decision after realizing that putting these items on special with our Monthly Specials makes the timing difficult for some our our customers. We will also be getting in new Summer and Fall inventory in the near future and could sure use some more space for this new inventory.

These five lines listed below are either unavailable to order any longer due to reasons beyond our control, or we have made the decision to phase out these lines. (The new pricing is 25 - 30% off manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRP)).
