Are all items on your site in new condition?

All items are direct from each manufacturer and have never been used as display samples.

Are all items in stock?

All items on the Beacons Glow Collectibles site are in stock. Occasionally, an error is made but we will do our best to get the item that you ordered, suggest a substitution, or issue you a full refund.

When will my order ship?

We will ship your order by 6:00 p.m. (CST) the following business day.

What do you charge for shipping?

We charge very competitive shipping rates based on UPS' current rates, and shipping charges are based on dollar amount per order. Please see our Customer Service: Shipping Information page for current shipping rates.

Does Beacons Glow Collectibles offer any type of customer guarantee?

Yes, Beacons Glow Collectibles guarantees your satisfaction with all of your purchases by offering a '30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee' on all orders.

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

Yes, we currently ship to countries outside the United States, but at this time, we are not able to conduct online transactions other than those located in the 50 United States. We ship to the following countries: Canada, England, Holland, New Zealand, Australia, and Japan. Please email us at for additional information regarding placing an international order.

Please NOTE: We have no knowledge of other countries' Custom Departments. Please check with your country's Customs Office to see if you will be responsible for additional import fees into your country from the USA.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and APO Addresses?

Yes, we ship orders to Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses, and do not impose any additional handling fees. Orders will be shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS).
